Postplatforms.org is owned, developed, and operated by the Post-Platforms Foundation, a non-for-profit organization based and incorporated in the Netherlands

  1. Acceptance of the Present Terms
By registering on Postplatforms.org, you acknowledge that the use of this service is subject to the Terms of Service that you must accept in order to use our services. The use of our services means that you agree to these Terms. These Terms include the provisions of this document as well as those of the Privacy Policy and of the Cookies Policy.

The content of these Conditions may vary from time to time, notably to take into consideration any changes of applicable laws. Any changes will be brought to your attention for their careful review.

Specific projects with the participation of the Post-Platforms Foundation or using the Post-Platforms brand, can be subject to separate Terms of Service and other agreements.

2. Service Modifications
Postplatforms.org always strives to improve the service and to bring you additional functionality. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
3. Advertising
Postplatforms.org may publicly display advertisements and other information adjacent to your content. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice or our being liable to you.
4. Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, retention, use, and sharing of this information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Post-Platforms Foundation is the exclusive owner of all rights relating to the Post-Platforms Initiative and to the Postplatforms.org website and, in particular, the right to host, store, use, display, copy, modify, adapt, publish, edit and distribute all or part of the constituent elements thereof, in particular, and without limit: the brands, logos, designs, animations, videos, images, text, data and databases, computer code, and content published or presented on the websites and services belonging to the Post-Platforms Foundation.

The Post-Platforms Foundation is also the sole owner of rights to the brands Post-Platforms and Post-Platforms Initiative. Any copy, reproduction, representation, use, distribution, or reutilisation of these elements without the authorisation of the Post-Platforms Foundation is liable to legal proceedings, in particular for trademark infringement.


Postplatforms.org may be subject to change and may be modified at any time. Some functionalities or services may be added or deleted by the owner at its sole discretion. No guarantee of any sort, either express or implied, is given with regard to the content, the services or functionalities, either with regard to their existence or their operation.

6. Third Party Products and Services
Postplatforms.org may include links to other web sites or services, whether through advertising or otherwise, solely as a convenience to users. Postplatforms.org does not endorse any such linked sites or the information, material, products or services contained on other linked sites or accessible through other linked sites. Furthermore, Postplatforms.org makes no express or implied warranties with regard to the information, material, products or services that are contained on or accessible through linked sites. Access and use of linked sites, including information, material, products, and services on linked sites or available through linked sites is solely at your own risk. You should always check the terms of use posted on third-party websites since they will govern their relationship with you. Postplatforms.org is not responsible or liable for such third parties' terms or actions.

To the extent that any of your user content contains your personal data (as defined in the Privacy Policy), any transfer of such personal data will be subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure the Postplatforms.org website made available to you is secure and free from errors. However, we give no guarantee as to the absence of errors, interruptions to service, slow running, imperfections, or attacks on the rights of third-parties within the scope of the operation.

The Post-Platforms Foundation cannot be held liable in case of disturbance, malfunction, or reduced access to the Postplatforms.org website resulting from failure attributable to the internet network or to an internet service provider, to the operating system, browser and/or device of the user. Furthermore, it cannot be held liable for any event attributable to a case of force majeure. Access to and use of the Postplatforms.org website may also be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance or technical updates.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the exclusions and limitations in this section may not apply to you.
8. Applicable Law
For any claim or dispute, the user is invited to contact the Post-Platforms Foundation in the first instance by email info@postplatforms.org in order to allow an amicable solution to be found.

The general terms of use are subject to the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute not resolved by the means indicated above shall be subject to the corresponding competent jurisdiction at the court in the place of residence of the user within one of the Member States of the European Economic Area.
